You are never left to navigate an unfamiliar system on your own. Future Health China guides your journey in English, while the clinical care itself is delivered in English at the hospital. Together they mean you always understand what is happening – with someone to ask at every stage.
- Future Health China coordinates – We guide you in English before, around and after your visit: choosing your assessment, booking, preparation and next steps. Everything you need to arrange your journey is handled for you in a language you understand.
- SIMC delivers your care in English – At the hospital you are looked after by English-speaking clinicians, with professional multi-language interpretation as part of SIMC's international patient experience. Your care itself happens in English, not just the arrangements around it.

Choosing your assessment
Every assessment is explained in plain English, from what each test involves to why it might matter for you. Our team helps you weigh the options against your age, your history and your priorities, so you begin your health journey with confidence rather than guesswork. If you are still unsure, tell us what you want from the visit – we will recommend the level that genuinely fits.
Booking and payment
Booking happens in English from start to finish – dates, availability and confirmation are all arranged by our team on your behalf. Payment is clear and secure, with the full price stated before you commit. There are no hidden steps, no surprise extras at the hospital, no forms you cannot read.
Before your visit
Once you are booked, we send a personalised preparation PDF written in plain English – fasting windows, medication guidance and what to bring, specific to your assessment. Any question you have before you travel is answered by a person rather than an automated reply, so nothing is left to chance before the day.
On the day at SIMC
You are welcomed by a hospital that expects international guests. English-speaking doctors carry out your assessment, with professional interpretation available throughout SIMC as standard. Where appropriate, we can also arrange a dedicated interpreter to stay at your side from arrival to departure, so there is never a moment you cannot ask what happens next.
Your results explained
Your results are talked through with you in English, in person or by phone – not simply handed over. The physician takes time to explain what each finding means, what is normal for you and what deserves attention. You leave the conversation understanding your own health, with space to ask anything at all.
Your report, in English
Your comprehensive report arrives in English, digital and printed. Every result is presented clearly, so you can share it with your own doctor at home, refer back to it over time and genuinely understand it long after your visit. It is yours to keep – a clear record of where your health stands today.
At the hospital
Understanding what is happening – and why.
SIMC's international patient experience is built around visitors from abroad. English-speaking clinicians and multi-language interpretation are standard, so you always understand what is happening. You can ask questions freely throughout your visit.
In certain cases, where appropriate, Future Health China can also arrange a dedicated interpreter to be with you during your assessment, giving you an extra layer of reassurance on the day.
